if the earth is flat why does orbit work?

Might want to be a little more specific.

That panorama shows proof of the world being neither flat nor round, but dissolving at the very edge of the horizon.  The panorama's horizon disappears at the rate of 1 inch per year.  Within a century, Everest will be the last landmass remaining.

I assume that's suppose to be the Sun at the top?
No, unless the sun is a blob of something in front of the lens... It was probably at item floating past the camera, as it appears they are inside a shuttle judging by the reflections.

Get a ruler, and put it on each corner of the vanishing point on your screen. It shows a curve. A blatant curve. And nothing you can say is an excuse for this hapening.

I like this photo :)

I prefer this one. It's a leaked photograph of the earth taken a while back by Space Shuttle Endeavor from it's maiden flight on May 7th 1992, at an altitude of 195 nautical miles. It is an untouched photograph taken from a 35mm camera with a diagonal of 43 mm. It uses a normal lens of 50mm focal length. No zoom is applied.

And Tom's post illustrates why trying to use photographic evidence on this site is futile.

Photo's taken above the atmosphere cannot be used to show flatness. the gasses cause too much distortion, only a clear day looking at the ocean horizon can give true perspective

So there are no gases at sea level?
