fulminant Fomenko

I've been reading a bit about the supposed perversion of all history. The one-star reviews of Fomenko's works seem devastating. Has anyone taken a critical look at the material concerning Fomenko? A non-trivial amount of the argument seems to rely upon anachronistic depictions of people, e.g. Cicero in medieval garb. Well, that was just the way. In every age there's a tendency to transpose important characters somewhat.

I think the desire to fuse social thinking with flat earth discoveries/proofs is inevitable, because something so fundamental as the shape of the earth would have substantial implications. But this may be worse than having to believe in continuous acceleration.

For example, what in the world were people doing more than 500 years ago? All history is falsified, so.... what happened before that? It seems unreasonable that there would just be a tabula rasa there.

So I think it is good that these theories do not become part of the FAQ about flat earth theory. The theory should focus on technical topics. I have an easier time believing that work on the Hubble telescope is fake, owing to the unruly intrusion of air bubbles, than that whole epochs of history are themselves fake.

What do others think?

Anatoly Fomenko started his work on the new chronology subject back in 1970 with a problem from astrophysics which could not be solved at all: the d" parameter.

The problem can only be resolved in the context of the new chronology.

R. Newton is one of the most prestigious astrophysicists of the 20th century, upon an analysis of the ancient astronomical records, could not see a solution either:

Here is Fomenko's biography:

He continued his work on the new chronology with an extraordinary analysis of Ptolemy's Almagest: it was created at least after 1350 AD, here are the complete proofs:

When was Ptolemy's star catalogue in Almagest compiled in reality?

The dating of Ptolemy's Almagest based on the coverings of the stars and on lunar eclipses

Both works appeared in the Acta Applicandae Mathematicae (17 - 1989 and 29 - 1992).

Another professor of mathematics from Moscow, G. Nosovsky went even further, by demonstrating that the Council of Nicaea could not possibly have taken place before the year 876-877 AD.

You simply haven't done your homework, when it comes to the new chronology...the one star reviews belong to the same category.

This 100-page book from 1894 shows that:
·         The Paul figure was a literary invention from the 1500's
·         The purportedly early Church Father writings were literary inventions of the 1500's
·         Eusebius' Church History was written in the 1500's.
·         The Gospels were written in the 1500's.

Pompeii and Herculaneum destroyed by the eruption of the volcano Vesuvius AT LEAST after 1700 AD.

So I think it is good that these theories do not become part of the FAQ about flat earth theory. The theory should focus on technical topics.

You do not understand, do you, what is going on?

Without the new radical chronology theory, the axial precession argument used by the RE can bring to a complete stop the entire flat earth movement.

The shape of the earth is just the tip of the iceberg: with the help of the new radical chronology, especially the Gregorian calendar reform hoax, we can prove clearly that Copernicus, Galileo, Kepler and Newton are fictional characters, invented in order to claim that heliocentrism supposedly had some historical support.
